What are the shipping charges for domestic orders?
We offer standard shipping across Pakistan. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
Domestic orders typically take 3 to 5 business days to arrive. During sale periods or new collection launches, delivery may take up to 7 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can exchange any unused, unwashed item with tags intact within 14 days of purchase. Please note that sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for all orders within Pakistan. You can also pay via credit/debit card for a faster checkout process.
How do I care for my Dhanak outfits?
To maintain the quality of the fabric and embroidery, we recommend dry cleaning only or gentle hand washing in cold water. Avoid direct sunlight when drying.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to fulfill cancellation requests.
